How do I get a Refund or Exchange?
We’re so sorry to hear that you are requesting a refund or exchange! We try to make refunds and exchanges as easy as possible.
You can refund a program by contacting our Customer Happiness team directly at Support@ManifestwithMandy.com .
- Online Programs – You can cancel your online program within 7 days of purchasing to get a full refund.
- Abundance for Life Monthly Facebook Subscription – You can cancel your monthly membership within 7 days of purchasing to get a full refund.
- Coaching Certification Course – No refunds are permitted for tuition, this course requires full commitment upon registration. Exchanges can be made for any Authentic Living Program within the calendar year.
- Live Events – NO REFUNDS on ANY tuition for live events, as they require full commitment upon registration. Exchanges for any other Authentic Living Programs can be made within the calendar year.
If you cancel an online program, certification course, or the Abundance for Life subscription, you will no longer have access to the content of the course in Kajabi and you will be removed from the private Facebook group.
How to Exchange Your Online Program for Another Online Program
If you find that the online program that you have purchased is not for you and are still within the refund policy, you can exchange that program for another program that is similarly priced. To do so, please contact our Customer Happiness team by emailing Support@ManifestwithMandy.com and let us know the details of your request. Exchanges apply to future program offerings only.

When Will I Get My Refund
Once you have confirmation from one of our Customer Happiness team members that you are eligible for a refund, it should take between 3-5 business days for the money to reach your bank account. In some instances, it may take up to 7-10 business days, but we will do everything in our power to make sure you receive your refund as quickly possible.
I didn’t receive my refund- Now What?
- Did you pay with PayPal?
If so, please log into PayPal and see if the amount was applied to your PayPal account. If not, it may be in the pending payments log. PayPal occasionally requires users to claim the amount transferred to you, so check for an email directly from PayPal. You will need to click on the link in the email you have received from them in order to receive your refund.
- Did you pay with a credit card?
Has it been more that 7 business days since our Customer Happiness team member notified you that your refund was processed? If so, please email us directly at Support@ManifestwithMandy.com and let us know that your refund isn’t showing on your credit card. Somebody from our Customer Happiness team will check into the details and get back to you as soon as possible!
Customer Service- Payment Information
We have two methods of payment for you to choose from:
1. Purchasing with a Credit Card or a Debit card that allows online payments (Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, or American Express)
2. Purchasing through PayPal
We offer convenient payment plans on many of our Virtual Programs and Live Events priced over $199. We often provide an option to pay the full price in 2-3 smaller automatic installments. Payment plan amounts and terms will vary depending on the program being purchased.
You can find information about available payment plans on the payment plan link below the “Add to Cart” button on the sales page for any Authentic Living Program or you can email our Customer Happiness team at Support@ManifestwithMandy.com for more information.
Please note that we do not offer the option of customized payment plans at this time.
Price in My Currency
Are you using currency other than USD? To figure out how much approximately our program will cost in other currencies, you can use this website: www.xe.com/currencyconverter/.
Once you make a purchase using an account with your local currency, our payment system automatically converts currencies based on the exchange rate of your bank at that moment.
The XE Currency Converter website shows a good approximation of what price you may expect in your country’s currency, however, the final prices depicted in your bank statement may differ.
After you purchase, you may notice that there are extra charges to your bank account in your currency and that the charges on your bank statement differ from the invoices and receipts we sent you. Please contact your bank for more information on currency conversion charges. Your bank may use slightly different rates and currency rates can change over time.
Please Note: Authentic Living does not use price discrimination strategies for different countries. Our program prices are the same for all people all around the world.
I Was Not Charged the Correct Amount
Did you experience a payment issue? Check here first for frequently asked payment questions. If your question is not resolved with the information below, please contact our Customer Happiness team directly at Support@ManifestwithMandy.com for prompt assistance. In case your bill didn’t reflect the payment you expected, it’s possible that one of the following happened:
Early Bird Discount Expiration
We often provide special discounted offers for only a limited time to our most passionate participants who jump on the opportunity and sign up when we first launch a program or event. If you try to save the link to our special price to get back to it after the offer ends, you might find that the special price has expired and the full price is shown.
All of our prices are displayed in US dollars and when placing your order, the currency conversion is automatically made by your local bank. If you are banking with a foreign bank, you might notice a slight difference in the amount withdrawn in your own currency. Each bank practices its own exchange rates and sometimes its own commission, so it’s best if you contact your bank if you have any questions.
If you have subscribed to any of the Authentic Living subscription programs, you’ll automatically be billed on a pre-agreed date (monthly).
If you have purchased any of our Virtual Programs or Live Events through a payment plan (2 or 3 Installments), you will be charged the same amount on the same day of the following months until the full price is paid.
If you have any questions about your subscription or payment plan payments (including current balance), let us know and we’ll be happy to help you!
If your billing or shipping address is located in an EU country, according to EU legislations, you get charged Value Added Tax with your purchase.
Credit Card Payment Issues Toggle Title
We know how frustrating this can be! There are a number of reasons why your payment with a credit card may not go through:
- There was an error in inputting your credit card information
- Credit limit is reached/credit is insufficient in your account
- The card may be expired or not activated for online purchases
- The credit card provider may have put restrictions on the card (which they sometimes do for online foreign transactions)
If a problem has occurred, please follow these steps to try to resolve the issue:
- Try using a different browser to make the purchase
- Double check the credit card information you enter in the checkout page to make 100% sure it’s correct
- Contact your bank/credit card provider to verify if there are any issues with your card
Not sure if the payment went through?
- Please check your bank statement. If you don’t see a recent transaction to Authentic Living, LLC on your online banking statement – this means you were not charged.
If you did not get a successful transaction message or any email from us with information about the Program or Event you purchased, it means:
- Either that the email address that you gave in the payment form is incorrect
- Or that the payment couldn’t be processed and did not go through so you have not been charged. This also means that you don’t have access to your program yet.
If you have an issue making a purchase, before you try to purchase again:
- Check to make sure that you were not charged on your bank statement
- Clear your cookies and cache in your browser
- Try to repeat the transaction after 24 hours

What is a Love and Authenticity Coach?
Authentic Love and Authenticity Coaches are individual coaches who have completed the stringent Authentic Living Coach Credential program and who work with clients on a one-on-one basis. Our Coaches work closely with clients to help them break through beliefs, root issues, dissolve patterns as a result of trauma, and learn how to reach an entirely different level of connection through love and embodiment.
How Do I Book a Session with a Love and Authenticity Coach?
You can schedule your session with one of our current Love and Authenticity Coaches by emailing them at the email address listed on their coaching page.

Do I need to attend the program in person?
No! The program in primarily conducted live in a virtual setting.
Do I need to live in a certain time zone to attend the program?
No! You do not need to be in a certain time zone. In fact, in our last class we had folks from all over the world enrolled.
What is the next start date?
We conduct two Coaching Certification programs each year: one in the spring (currently in session) and one in the fall (dates TBD).
What support will I have during the program?
You will get training from Mandy Morris and the Authentic Living team, and, in addition, you will receive mentorship from previously certified coaches.

How to Purchase an Authentic Living Online Program
We have many amazing online programs currently available and we’re continually creating more!
1. Once you have found an Authentic Living Online Program that you would like to purchase (either by browsing through our Programs page or after watching the free webinar), you can purchase the program by scrolling to the bottom of the sales page or clicking “Enroll Now”. On the sales page, you will also find the different packages, as well as the payment plans that we offer.
2. Press “Add to Cart” on the offer that you would like to purchase or select the payment plan just below the “Add to Cart” button to pay in multiple smaller installments.
3. This will take you to the checkout page where you will fill in your personal and credit card information and confirm your purchase.
Please note that you have to select your country first before you can select the corresponding state or province.
If you select an EU country for your billing address on the checkout page, the VAT (Value-added tax) is automatically included in the purchase price and the total price is updated accordingly. We usually have a countdown timer at the top of the page, so you know exactly how much time you have before an offer ends. How Do I Access The Course I Purchased?

Is Travel Included in my Live Event Tuition?

This data is collected from thousands of site visits and analyzed as a whole. This helps us build a better website to match our visitors’ needs.
We abide by Facebook’s Data Use Restrictions.
Any ad data collected, received or derived from our Facebook ad (“Facebook advertising data”) is only shared with someone acting on our behalf, such as our service provider. We are responsible for ensuring that our service providers protect any Facebook advertising data or any other information obtained from us, limit our use of all of that information, and keep it confidential and secure.
