Rachael is a beautiful soul who has dedicated her life to making a positive impact on the world. Since childhood she knew she had something special to offer. Her heart led her to train and teach in a variety of areas including; dance, Sivananda yoga, John Barnes, PT, Myofascial Release therapy, and occupational therapy. Still personally, she felt stressed out, unfilled, and disconnected. This drive to create less suffering and more joy in her own life lead her to Mandy Morris and the Authentic Living Coaching program.
Rachael is highly skilled at coaching her clients on the mind body connection. Daily she assists clients in breaking through thoughts and patterns which keep them from reaching their goals. She is not afraid to stand strong with genuine love as individuals’ transition through barriers and focus on their inner voice; a voice of encouragement, love, and truth found in each of us.
She has been quoted as saying, “I realized I do not like to help people. Rather, I love to teach people how to help themselves,” recognizing individuals have an untapped inner wisdom yet frequently lack the tools necessary to listen. This life is not meant for us all to suffer in pain until death but rather to live in authenticity, love, and abundance. There is no one road to a life of joy, as it is different for every individual. Rachael is prepared to support you on your journey, so you may live more fully and abundantly.
