I live in Stockholm, Sweden. I am a musician and an Authentic Coach. Music has always been my first language in communicating what I feel. My truest self was always best expressed from there.I have always felt that art is love. It enables us to experience life altogether as humans. When I started learning Authentic Coaching, I experienced it as a language like music.

We communicate through love and we grow always with love.

For about 20 years I have been working in a school as a music teacher. Early in my career I found that I have something in me that is needed. I can see children in a way others can’t seem to. I see where they are coming from, what they are trying to express. But being an employee was never my dream.

I am born an artist. I have always known this, unfortunately the outside world had me somewhat confused. Parts of me believed that the ”real world” was out there but not in me. With the loving help from Authentic Living I have learned to let go of the fears that had me confused all these years. I am now living my full time dream, as I was meant to.

It is the love, the fascination and the admiration I feel for the human being, that inspires me when I am coaching just like it always has done for my music. When we communicate on that level, we find things inside ourselves we were not even aware of and we look at it with love and fascination, rather than with judgement and frustration. We grow through inspiration and love.
