Welcome! I am a lifetime resident of Connecticut, and have been married to my husband for 8 years. My undergraduate degree is in Psychology and Business, with a French minor. I have been an Attorney in Connecticut since 1995. I began as a litigation attorney, however I discovered that was not in alignment with my personality. I eventually focused on Real Estate law, as I preferred making a greater impact for my clients in a proactive role in their transactions, instead of doing damage control in adversarial situations. I also became a licensed Real Estate Agent in Connecticut in 2011, which I enjoy part-time.
I have always been very focused on continuously learning and growing. Through my studies in personal growth, I learned that the emotions that we spend our time in equal the frequency that we send out, and that frequency attracts back to us everything that comes into our lives. I became impressed with Authentic Living, as it combines Science with Psychology to rapidly produce positive changes.
Reflecting upon the cases and situations which I have encountered over the years, I can confirm that when people act out of fear and old programmed beliefs which no longer serve them, very real problems can develop. For example, I realized that people’s energy even affects the ease (or difficulty) of their Real Estate transactions!
In 2018, I decided to also become a Coach in order to advise others about what they can do in their personal lives to reach their fullest and most authentic potential. It truly fills me with purpose to be able to help others. I have the ability to personally relate to people on a level which resonates with them, and I offer a combination of empathy, intuition and analysis to uncover their mindset and to suggest practical methods to raise their energy and change their lives for the better. I also envision coaching young students, as well as fellow entrepreneurs and professionals.
