It is my belief that I have gone through certain life experiences in order to learn valuable lessons so that I may help and guide others that are going through those same challenges in order to help facilitate the healing process. Ultimately, it is my goal to be a Safe Haven for all of my clients. I will provide comfort and love in a non-judgmental environment and provide a save space in order to allow releasing, healing and growth.
Growing up, I had always felt like an outcast and left out even in my own family. Because of this, I began trying to earn love and affection. I would try to be what I thought they wanted. But, no matter how hard I tried, I was never successful. My actions turned into habits and those habits turned into a way of life for me. I carried those habits right into adulthood and into my marriage.

From the very beginning of my marriage, I never felt truly loved and continued all of the same habits from my childhood into my marriage. I kept trying to “earn” love and affection and each time I was unsuccessful. I ended up developing a belief that I just wasn’t good enough. At my lowest point, I truly felt like no matter how hard I tried, no matter how much I sacrificed, no matter how much I tried to please anyone, it was never going to be enough.

Some people need to hit rock bottom before they can finally see the light. And that was the case with me. By the time I found Mandy’s organization; I had been on a journey of self discovery and self growth for several years. And even though I was MCH BETTER; I still hadn’t been able to shake that deep belief that I am worthy of love. Through her trainings, teaching and events; I have discovered that I am an Amazing Woman!!! I learned that my challenges in my life arose because I was trying so hard to make everyone else in my life happy in order to try to get love and affection that I completely lost sight of myself. Once I discovered myself and changed my perspective on certain things my whole world has changed.
